Moving Day – Organizing Your Move to a New House

I’m Phoenix real estate agent, John Cunningham with exp Realty. It’s moving day. Congratulations! You did it!

You’ve taken the 11 steps process to buy a home so, your home buying process doesn’t have to feel difficult. Now, you’ve crossed the finish line the day of moving and it’s time to move into your new place. Before you get too excited and back up the moving truck to move, you make sure that you’ve made all the arrangements before the day with the utility companies so that you’ve got power. Next, you must also be on hand when they’re doing the packing and picking up your things before the day. If you cant be there, try to ask people you trust to stand in your behalf on that day.

Avoid Stress During the Day

That day is one of the most stressful life events because of course to the tiny details involved in moving to a new home. Then, when you move to your new house, make sure that you’ve contacted all the professionals that you need to help you with at home after all. Such as yard people and pull people, anybody who you might need to help you service in the scheduled  day. It’s totally worth it. And last but not least, make sure you have your little ones enrolled in school before the day you move.
