Woodside Homes was established in 1976 in Salt Lake City, Utah with the aim of building low-priced to mid-priced homes. Ever since the name Woodside Homes has become synonymous with excellence, integrity, and design.
Over the years, the homebuilder expanded its reach, building top-notch homes for discerning buyers across Nevada, Texas, Arizona, California, and Utah. By 2005, Woodside Homes was closing homes to the tune of 3,700. In the same year, the company raked in revenue in excess of $1.4 billion.
SH Residential Holdings, LLC acquired Woodside Homes in February 2017 and operates as its wholly owned subsidiary. Currently, Joel Shine sits at the helm of the company as the CEO.
