Really, it’s hard to imagine a waterless life in Phoenix. It’s kind of like thinking about what life would have been like without air conditioning. There really were people who actually chose to live in Phoenix before there was a/c, and most of those people found a body of water to jump in during those hot summer days. Often times it meant jumping into an irrigation canal, and we’d probably do that too if we didn’t have the modern luxury of the swimming pool.
There are lots of Reasons to Own a pool in Phoenix
Staying cool: simply put, you’ve gotta be able to cool off quick when you reside in the desert.
Fun: nothing better when you are having a get-together than to be able to invite your pals over for a dip in the pool.
Value: homes with pools are more valuable than homes without pool

Thanks for the opportunity to introduce myself. I’m Phoenix real estate agent John Cunningham with eXp Realty and I have been helping people sell their homes or find the perfect home to buy since 2002. Since beginning my career I have sold over 500 homes across the valley in just about every city in the metro including Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale, and Phoenix to name a few.
Between 2002-2009 I have helped sell new homes for local and national builders. Today I pride myself in being able to help sellers sell at the top and help buyers buy at the bottom.
