Guest Post Guidelines

I bet you are interested on contributing a guest post to our PhoenixRealEstateAndHomes.com site. Smart of you. We are a high ranking site with a high domain score and thousands of monthly website visitors. This makes for excellent exposure when you post here.

The following criteria must be met in order to be accepted and then published on our website.

1. All Content must be authentic (no spun articles)
2. Has to be real estate related
3. An author bio is nice, but not mandatory
4. Must pass a Yoast readability and Copyscape test
5. 1200+ words, not including any type of bio or re-cap
6. Location-specific content cannot be accepted.

I require a Do-follow outbound link to our PhoenixRealEstateAndHomes.com website that is real estate related. The site where the link comes from has to have an excellent domain score and overall metrics (no exceptions, sorry). We run our analysis on Ubersuggest.

Email your suggested idea for the post (including title) to [email protected]. If you plan to place an outbound link in that post please send that in the email too. We will do our homework and approve your article and link if it meets our test.
