Builders and speculators have made a big difference in the overall appeal of Arcadia Lite and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Some of the most popular subdivisions in Arcadia Lite are Arcadia Heights, Brentwood Estates, and Sharondale.
- Each has its own unique feel and style. All are getting their fair share of gentrification. Each has something that the other doesn’t.
- For example, Arcadia Heights is a townhome community with floor plans that are at or approaching 4,000 square feet.
Sharondale and Brentwood are older home neighborhoods where the homes were built in ranch style on generous home sites.
- Trees are mature, streets are wide, and getting around is a snap.
