If it’s cluttered, declutter it there basic things. It doesn’t cost a lot to do these things. Presentation Online Photographs

Are they professional? If the agent walks in with their vintage 2003 Motorola flip phone and takes pictures with it, be aware. Don’t hire them. Hire an agent before selling your house who has a relationship with the professional photographer. It makes a big difference. Most people won’t even look at the house any further if they don’t like the photographs online.

Clear and Concise Description

Make sure the description of the home is clear and concise, easy to read, and makes the buyer want to take closer after. Look, if the agent that you’ve hired doesn’t have a good understanding of online digital marketing, knowing how to put the home in front of as many eyeballs as possible, then you’ve got the wrong agent disrepair then.

Now, this goes way beyond paint and cleaning. If you’ve got mechanical issues like air conditioners, heaters, water heaters, roofs, anything like that, that’s in disrepair, you’re going to get beat up on the price. So don’t kid yourself. It’s going to come up during the home inspection. If you’ve got those kinds of things that need to be taken care of, I would urge you to take care of that if you’re not sure of who to hire to do it.
