Even great-looking homes can take ages to sell. There are many reasons this might happen. Sellers will sometimes approach me for help after trying (and failing) to sell their home with another agent.

Usually, their lack of success came down to either the marketing or a problem with the home itself. Even homes with great potential need to be polished before they can shine on the market. This often means making strategic renovations. The home featured in today’s video, for example, had just this problem. It was listed without ever being prepared for the market.

Once our makeover was complete, we ended up accepting an all-cash offer very near to the original asking price.

The shutters were falling off, the red-brick exterior was covered in a drab, grey-green paint, and the landscaping was a mess.

Our team helped this seller tune-up the house and, once our makeover was complete, we ended up accepting an all-cash offer very near to the original asking price. The sale went off without a hitch.
