View all of the Condos for Sale in Phoenix Fairway Lodge here. If you are thinking about selling your condo go here to get your Fairway Lodge Market Report. Fairway Lodge construction began in 2007 and completed in 2008. There are 63 private residences in this luxury enclave of gated and guarded condo development.
Tempe based RSP Architects really hit it out of the park when they imagined this fine community. All 63 of these luxury condominiums enjoy a golf course view. All, are single level units with no interior steps. The essence of the design pays homage to the original Biltmore Hotel with the details scene both in and out.
The floor plans range in size from 1,708 - 3,041 square feet. All of the units are 2 or 3 bedroom plans except numbers 102 and 114 which are one bedroom plans. The plans have two full bathrooms and a powder room.
With projects across the globe, Vallone Design’s Kerri Foreman was the perfect match for Fairway’s clubhouse. The results of her work here are timeless and beautiful. Many of the residents frequent this space knowing that it is a gathering place for their neighbors and friends. The furnishings are comfortable, and the artwork, spectacular.

The Lodge is much like a boutique hotel. It’s guarded and gated for security. All units are equipped with fire sprinklers for safety. Elevators are conveniently placed so that you can come and go with ease. Each household is assigned underground parking.
There’s a heated pool and spa, a fitness facility with weights and elliptical cardio equipment. The pool deck has a smashing view of the golf course and is the perfect place to take in our famous Arizona sunsets. Also, there is a barbeque station in the pool area. So, enjoy that sunset with something off the barbie along with your favorite glass of vino.
One of the benefits of living at Fairways is the proximity to the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. The hotel schedules live entertainment throughout the year. There’s a beautiful spa. Membership is available.
Biltmore has two championship courses. They’re great courses. One, the Adobe, is tree-lined, wide, and forgiving. The other, the Links, is a bit more challenging with undulations, tilted fairways, and elevated tee boxes.
Rates are super reasonable, and there’s always room for your foursome. You can also join a smaller party if you just want to jump up and get on the course with short notice.
At the end of your round, there’s a great little clubhouse where you and your friends can pay your golf course gambling debts. The view of the course is nice and the patio offers a great spot to enjoy the setting sun while you brag up your game and rub in the results as your friends cry in their beer.
There are four places in the hotel to eat and drink. The Wright Bar, Frank & Albert’s, Afternoon Tea, and Wright’s at The Biltmore.
All of these are added benefits for Fairway lodge homeowners. Now, lets see what the surrounding area has to offer.
24th & Camelback mark the epicenter of luxury and convenience here in the valley.
The Biltmore Fashion Park, Camelback Corridor, Freeways access, and Sky Harbor Airport are all easily reached from Fairway Lodge.
Needless to say, this community offers the best luxury, resort-like, condo experience in Phoenix. Ready to see these great places? Text me (I’m John Cunningham) or call me at 1-480-442-3501 and I'll make it happen.
