It just wouldn't be proper to begin a conversation about Biltmore dwellings without sharing some details about the centerpiece. The Arizona Biltmore Hotel was opened in 1929. The Arizona Biltmore Hotel was not designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Nope. He was on the property when things got cooking, but he was not the architect. Albert Chase McArthur is the architect of record. Albert worked as a draftsman for Wright. Albert was also the brother of the hotel owner.
While FLW was not the architect he did have an influence on McArthur and the finished product. Albert hired Wright to provide on-site consulting for the signature Biltmore textile block fabrication and design used to build the hotel. Other elements that eventually had
Other elements that eventually had FLW fingerprint on them are the stained glass panel in the entry. That was fabricated and installed by Taliesin students in 1973 and is based on a magazine cover that FLW created for Liberty Magazine in 1926.
The history of the Arizona Biltmore Hotel and resort is well worth reading. Ego, money, and drama make the Biltmore of yesterday equally interesting for us today.

HOUSES FOR SALE IN PHOENIX ARIZONA BILTMORE
I'm Phoenix real estate agent John Cunningham with eXp Realty. You can think of this page as the hub for houses for sale in Phoenix Arizona Biltmore. The first thing that you'll notice is this search box, you can create your own search here by selecting the city, selecting the County, price, number of bedrooms whether it is a single-family home, condo or town home and click search. Or you can click advanced search and create your own advanced search; there's a lot of criteria in there. If you want to get very detailed and say I want a four-bedroom house with a pool and a four car garage, at least between a million and two million dollars, that search can be created for you there.
As we scroll down, you're going to see the newly listed properties in the Biltmore; everything from condos to state homes. Let's say you're looking for an estate home and you opened up this link, you'd be able to look at that house and decide whether or not it is something for you or not. You scroll through the pictures by clicking on these arrows, you can click on this and be able to use your mouse and scroll very quickly through the photographs and kind of like that picture. You can also take a look at the property on a map, you can share with friends, and you can save it as a favorite.
What's cool about this is, when you click on this, it adds that property to a list for you. So let's say you save that one and let's say you like this one also, if you go back here to this icon and click on your favorite properties, you're going to see both properties were saved. Now that evening you go home, you're talking with your spouse and you say hey I've seen some properties let's take a look at them. Let’s say that she looks at this one and she decides she hates it, I recommend you remove that property. Maybe they like this one, so now as you're taking a closer look at that, maybe you and she are quite certain that this is the property that can work out for you guys. If that's the case, right here you can schedule a showing. You pick the date, you schedule the tour and the agent ''myself'' will get back to you to arrange that.
Let's go back to the main page and scroll down a little further. Now we're going to look at the different housing types; the single-family homes, the mansions, the estate homes, the tower condominiums, the traditional single-family homes and you’ll see links for each of these types of properties. So here we're going to see all the single-family homes that are available in the Biltmore. By clicking on this link we can see every single one of them, there's 101 of them and we can sort them from lowest to highest or from highest to lowest. Now we're going to see the most expensive one; we can go from newest, we can see the most recently listed. How do you want to sort through that?
Next, let's take a look at the condominiums at two Biltmore estates; these are luxury condos, super nice, every single one of them is up here that's available. If you look through that, you might find something your ex didn't and the process is always the same - if you want to arrange a showing you click a link. If you want to save it as a favorite, you click on the link. If you get through that and you decide you like it, but you want to some other stuff, fairway large is a sister property to Two Biltmore estates, so you definitely want to look at that or you can go back to this link and see all the Biltmore properties or even this one and examine Biltmore Greens.
Let's say you're an owner in Two Biltmore estates or anywhere in the Biltmore and you want to get some rough idea of what the value is of your property. If you click on this Two Biltmore estates market report, you're going to see all the numbers. So you're going to find out what is sold recently right here in this list, what's under contract in this list and what is sold over the last 12 months. In this entire list you can click on the link and look at an individual property and you'll recognize this view because it looks like any property view that we have. And I recommend you do, if you're thinking about selling your property, you want to know how your property stacks up against what's on the market right now, so this is a great place to do that.
You can go up here, see what's on the market and look at each and every one of these pictures. I recommend you look at all the pictures because your eye can learn a lot by doing that. You'll know whether or not your property is superior or inferior as you scroll through this. And you can the cost square per foot for each individual property, down here we average everything. You see the price square per foot, the average cost of a home in there. The average square footage, you can see the properties under contract; all these numbers work the same under each of these numbers - sold is what I call reality. To me, these numbers represent what a buyer and seller agreed to, so these are the most realistic numbers in a market report.
If you decide you'd like to save that report, you can get that on a monthly basis or you can decide to get them bi-weekly or weekly, whatever you prefer. Save your preferences and that report will be emailed your way and these market reports are available for each and every community inside the Arizona Biltmore. Next we're going to look at the condominiums in the Optima Biltmore tower. As we scroll down this page we'll see the available units and we can read about Optima Biltmore towers up to different four plans, about the guy who is behind the Optima Company and how these places were designed. You can move on to consider other options inside here by clicking on those links.
Here we're going to take a look at the Contour Campbell. Again, all the properties up top that are available, you can see this range between $300,000 and $560,000 currently. Really cool floor plans, all the modern features that you'd want in a place like this including nest thermostat, really need contemporary elements in all these properties, all of them have a gas range. There's a sundeck and resort-styled pool and all these amenities you can read about here. The floor plans, I like them all, the split floor plans, so any of the two bedrooms are separated and it will be easy for multi-generation or an adult with a teenager or two adults to live there and have their own separate space and privacy.
You see a picture of the Contour Campbell property under construction including a nest thermostat and lots of high-tech amenities in this community. Really need community of about 105 units I believe. Here we're going to look at the newly listed Phoenix Arizona homes for sale in Biltmore Heights. So, this community is a traditional community where a lot of homes had been gentrified, the original construction was in the 50s and 60s and 70s, and now these homes are turning over and being remodeled. You can see this one here for example; take a look at it, you can tell it really looks like a new home doesn't it? As you move through the photo gallery you can see that this has really being refitted with all the contemporary elements that make a home attractive. And a lot of people who have families consider a community like this in the Arizona Biltmore area.
Here we're looking at the Biltmore Estates properties, and going back to the main page you can see all the various searches for all the communities of houses for sale in Phoenix Arizona Biltmore. All you've got to do is click on these links and get to where you're going.
