Nick Blue – Executive Director

Nick Blue is the brains behind Blue Sky Homes. He bought his first real estate property in 2009 when every investor was running away from the housing sector. Before founding Blue Sky Homes, Nick was a successful financial advisor focusing on real estate equity management. He actually came to Arizona to pursue a career in Major League Baseball with the San Diego Padres but a shoulder injury cut his dream short. However, Nick saw a huge opportunity in Arizona’s real estate.

Adralyn Blue – Field Director

Adrayln, the beloved wife of Nick Blue, is the face behind Sky Blue fabulous homes. She is responsible for changeovers, renovations, and dressing of the homes. Since joining the firm in 2011, she has overseen more than 200 projects. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Wake Forest University

Emily Pochardt- Project Manager

Since joining the company in 2012, Emily has been responsible for planning and designing upgrades as well as managing timelines and budgets. She has a BS in Business Administration for ASU.

Luis Perez – General Contractor

Luis has more than 10 years of hands-on experience as a general contractor.

Jamie Harvey – Acquisition & Sales Manager

A licensed Realtor, Jamie helps Sky Blue Homes identify and purchase prime real estate property in the Arizona area.

Other members of the team include Amy Raven, the project & design coordinator; Jaci Kuntz, the executive & design assistant; Raquel Padilla who is in charge of marketing & design; and, Scott Scharl, the capital procurement assistant.
