Is It A Buyers Market or a Sellers Market

Right now, is it a buyers market or a sellers market will right here in Phoenix. It is definitely a sellers market. So, it’s taking roughly 60 days to sell the average home and in some neighborhoods. Believe me, it’s taken a lot less than that in some neighborhoods. In some price points, it’s taken as little as a week and some selling days.

If you’re ready to sell your home, it’s really important that you’re working with a powerful agent. An agent that knows how to get you top dollar so you won’t leave your equity on the table. Not unless you’re only interested in selling fast and you don’t really care about all your equity. I would stay away from ibuyers like Zillow, Opendoor or Offerpad.

I would stay away from them like the plague. You see those guys are just middlemen and they are wringing their hands with glee. When you agree to sell them your house, they will just be laughing all the way to the bank.

It is important that when you go shopping for your home and you see the home that you’ve been dreaming of that you’re able to get it. You’re able to make your offer stand out above the competition when you are making your offer on that house.
